We offer a competitive contingency fee which isn’t due until your new hire has had a successful start.

We take two types of job requests:

1. Passive Job Search: Your job will be marketed to those in our network who are currently job seekers. We will let you know when we find you someone great and send you updates on our progress. We ask that you keep us in the job on the status of the job.

2. Active Job Search: In addition to our network, we will dedicate valuable time and marketing dollars to attracting candidates from various additional sources, as quickly as possible. We will provide weekly updates on our work. We ask that you will keep great communication going with us on this search, and provide feedback about our candidates quickly.
